Healing items[]
- Green Herb
Restores 33% health
- Red Herb
Increases the amount of health healed when mixed with a green herb. The mixture restores 100% health.
- Blue Herb
Heals poison.
- Herb Garden
A trough of herbs of one colour. I.e. Green only has green herbs, blue only has blue herbs. Can be reused several times.
- First aid spray
Fully restores health.
Weapons and ammunition[]
- Combat Knife
A melee weapon. Not very useful. Only use on zombies.
- Handgun
Uses 9mm ammunition. Useful against zombies and zombie dogs.
- Shotgun
A slow but powerful weapon. Decapitate zombies with it. Can also kill Hunters in two shots.
- Grenade Launcher
A versatile weapon. Has many different types of ammunition. Normal rounds, flame rounds, acid rounds, BOW gas rounds, freeze rounds and shock rounds.
- Magnum
A highly powerful handgun. But ammunition is scarce. Save for bosses.
- Rocket Launcher
Unlock by getting an A rank.
Monsters[]
- Zombies
Slow, shambling corpses. Weak but takes several handgun rounds to kill. Dangerous in large numbers or in narrow corridors.
- Runners
28 days later style angry zombies. Fast and deadly in large numbers.
- Zombie dogs
Fast but weak. Beware of its arm grab.
- Impregnator
A monster that shoves a tube like organ down your throat and lays eggs in your stomach. These instantly hatch and grow into another fully grown Impregnator with fatal results! They sometimes attack their own offspring...
- Crows
Flies in large clusters. Repel with the lighter.
- Hunter
Fast and deadly. Attacks with its claws. It may decapitate if your health is low.
- Sweeper
Colourful Hunters with poisonous attacks.
Bosses[]
- Hulker
A fast, running monster on four legs. Fought on top of a train. Looks like a bulkier Licker.
- Carla
A doppelgänger of Ada Wong. Her mutated form looks like slime. The slime chases you down halls, just run from it.
- Excella/Ouroboros
Someone working for Albert Wesker. Gets turned into an ouroboros.
- Wraith
An invisible snake like BOW. Fought by Chris and his team in the abattoir.
- C Tyrant
A Tyrant made from the C Virus.
- Bloat
An engorged being that sprays C Virus gas in defence. Fought in the church.
- Deborah
Helena's now mutated sister. The final boss for Jill.
- Derek Simmons.
Has three forms. A dinosaur like form. A scorpion like form and the final heavily mutated form. There is a lightning storm happening. If only you could take advantage of it... the final boss for Leon!
- Haos
A giant slimy tyrant. Krauser with a new electricity power helps you here for some reason. Oh wait no it's just some recruit in STARS who then chooses to die rather than live with his new powers...
