Dominic Lee, or simply Dom, is a virus-infected, self-trained elite fighter who's only lifetime goal is to eliminate the remaining former members of the Umbrella Corporation and the existence of the Progenitor Virus. He is The Vaccinator's right-hand man of the Progenitor Viral Resistance until his supposed death. He is voiced by Akio Ōtsuka (Metal Gear series) in Japanese, and by Steve Downes (Halo series) in English.

-Tony was raised as part of Project W, children from parents with above-average intellegence kidnapped and given the surname Wesker.
-Tony joined Umbrella Incorporated in 1977 in the Management Training Facility with Albert Wesker and William Birkin. He research the T-Virus with them under Dr. James Marcus. In 1988, he was transfered to the New York facility, a few days before Albert and Willian assassinated Dr. Marcus. In 1996, Tony was transfered back to the Arklay Research Facility. He along with Albert and William continued working on the Tyrant Virus and the Gene Virus. In 1998, for a single day, Tony substituted for Albert as Captain of Alpha team while Albert goes to the Underground Research Facility to speak with William. During this time, he got to meet the members of STARS, growing especially fond of Jill Valentine and Rebecca Chamber. No one found out about his relationship with Albert. After the mansion incident, Tony learned about Albert's 'death' and was very upset.(not knowing he faked it, as Albert never told him about the Virus) He was transfered to the Chicago facility before the T-Virus outbreak.
