The Licker β appears as an enemy in Resident Evil: Fall of Lazarus. It is very similar to its Resident Evil 5 counterpart in both appearance and behavior, frequently attacking in groups and possessing the tongue impale attack, various claw swings, and the dangerous pounce attack that can instantly kill the player character. A Licker β possesses 6,000 HP. Its brain, heart and limbs are Fleshy (Thick), while the rest of its body is Bony. "Head Criticals" can be triggered on a Licker β by shooting or knifing it in the brain or heart, making Licker βs overall easier to deal with than their RE5 counterparts.
