Flávia is the nickname of an individual belonging to an Amazonian tribe who frequently served as a liaison between her tribe and the Brazilian government.
History
Flávia is the daughter of the chief of a tribe in the Amazon Rain Forest that had been allowed by the Brazilian government to maintain their traditional lifestyle. Flávia herself had been the primary liaison between her tribe and the government, and had accumulated knowledge of the outside world over the course of multiple contacts. Early in the year 2010, members of her tribe were infected by the Las Plagas parasite and became Morto-vivos, prompting the BSAA to dispatch Dom Lee and Yanus Prokopenko to investigate. She assisted the BSAA agents in locating the perpetrators, who were revealed to be the Iron Chariots.
