De Leon Serum or also known as Chemical 24, was created in the late 1960s by Umbrella Corportation for some specialized staff members. Many who took the drug, died a few months laters from chemical deficiency and vitamin deficiency. Though it is unknown whether the drug caused the affects or not, because only one man survived and "youth-inized" from the drug. Harvis White, though it had a major side effect that caused the serum to transform him into a stable tyrant-like monster as seen in Resident Evil: Redemption.
